• Services

We offer the most comprehensive home inspection service available.

We start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home. We use a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all the details.

We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic. While inside, we address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as fireplaces.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the home, as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in the home.

  • ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES

The following services are also home inspections and examine the same components, but are geared toward the needs of both buyers and sellers in more specific time frames:

    Pre-Listing Inspection

When the time comes, a buyer’s inspection will often discover a defect in your home, but why wait until then and cause delays or even compromise a sale? A Pre-Listing Inspection allows you to get ahead of the game by discovering any problems before you place your home on the market.

    11-Month Inspection

Most newly constructed homes have a 12 month warranty by the building contractor that covers issues with it’s structure, components, and materials.  At 11 months, hire Maxx Home Inspections to conduct an inspection and help you develop a list of corrections that fall under these types of warranties, so that your contractor can fix any issue while still under warranty.

    Pool and Spa Inspection

Swimming pools and spas are great additions to a home, if they are operating correctly and safely. Maxx Home Inspections will inspect the components of the pool and spa such as pumps, heaters, ladders, deck surfaces, diving boards, railings, and wiring to verify that your pool is ready for safe summer fun.
